Professional Journey

Over the past two decades, I’ve held diverse roles at Fortune 500 companies, covering areas such as Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources and Talent Development. Additionally, I have experience as a consultant, where I’ve helped organizations navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals.

Academic Qualifications

I hold three Master’s degrees in Business Management, Organizational Leadership, and Training Development. My credentials include PROSCI, Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), and various L&D certifications. I am a certified Practitioner in both the Leadership Challenge and DiSC, as well as an ROI Certified Professional.

Coaching Qualifications

Completed over 240 hours of comprehensive training covering Executive coaching, Organizational Development coaching, Change Management coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coaching, all accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
